    Biography

    Antonella has a solid background in Administrative Law in general. His practice includes advising various public and private entities on several sanctioning proceedings. She also advises these entities in their participation in several tender processes for the granting of concessions, in the preparation of private initiatives and public private partnerships (PPP) and in the execution of their respective concession agreements.

    Additionally, Antonella participates in several due diligence for agricultural, hotel, mining, electrical, fishing and commercial projects, in general, in order to identify and evaluate potential contingencies regarding permits and several municipal matters.
